Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation on TV. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. It wasn't long before she moved to Texas. In Texas, she started a new career in physical therapy. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in independent local films as well as global commercials. Small roles didn't deter her from finding out that she was a fan of acting. The year 2001 saw her move to New York where her first role was on All My Children's soap opera in the role of Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG the Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. In 2004, her first major show was The Mountain.
